What helps us respond faster
Split your message into one of four types:

What we will decline
Better to say this up front than waste each other's time:

- Anything requiring us to receive, forward or top up funds — no.
- Credit endorsements or paid top placements — no.
- Any partnership premised on "launch first, comply later" — no.
Response times
Corrections and security reports usually get a reply within three working days. Partnerships may take longer, because we only take on ones that fit the boundaries, and thinking through a "no" takes time too.
